Signing up and using DishwasherHero+ is completely free for workers. We make money from the venues, not from you. The only optional fee is for instant pay if you choose to use it.

Am I a W-2 employee or 1099 contractor?

DishwasherHero+ offers a hybrid employment model. You can choose to work as a W-2 employee (with tax withholding, workers' comp, and benefits) or as a 1099 independent contractor (with more flexibility and higher take-home pay per hour).
