Roles we're hiring for
- First Chef / Kitchen Cook: Leads the line during service: runs the kitchen's cooking stations, keeps dishes consistent and makes sure food safety rules are followed.
- Line Cook: Cooks and plates hot food on an assigned station during service, following set recipes and timing.
- Prep Cook: Washes, cuts, portions and labels ingredients before service so the line is ready to cook.
- Dining Room Attendant: Sets up, resets and cleans the dining area, restocks supplies and keeps tables and stations tidy between meals.
- Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher: Washes dishes, pots and equipment, keeps the dish area running and helps keep the kitchen clean.
