DishwasherHero is a seamless and cashless platform. When registering your profile, you will requested to enter a debit or credit card to secure payment. We ask for this when you are booking a shift in order to verify your identity, validate your card for payment and to secure a pre-authorization to make sure that the funds are there to cover the cost. Please do not worry. You will not be charged until after the shift is completed and hours validated.

Lowest rates in the industry
Depending on your city or experience of the dishwasher, service price may vary. However, we can assure you that our rates per hour are very competitive and are the lowest in the industry. Booking fees per invoice may varies between 2.5% – 5% depending on your city.
DishwasherHero requires a minimum booking hour of four (4) and a maximum twelve (12). When booking, longer shifts are more likely to get booked right away and also if they are located in area with easy access to public transit.

We are insured in case

Safety, Security, Trust are the biggest priority for DishwasherHero. We are insured in case anything happened. The dishwashers that join our platform are independent contractors. DishwasherHero always encourage them to have their own private insurance. In case of injuries and depending on the country they are from, the dishwasher will rely on their own health coverage. In the United States or other countries, DishwasherHero offers to dishwashers the opportunity to purchase an occupational accident insurance that will cover them for every shift they have picked from our platform.
